Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

For print-on-demand products, the shipping is handled by our partner (Lulu). Estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination country and print processing time.

As our products are digital and print-on-demand (POD), we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders once they have been processed. Each item is printed and shipped upon request, and therefore, cannot be returned.

Digital Products

Please note that since we offer digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where required by law.

Print-on-Demand Products (POD)

For print-on-demand products, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage and, at our discretion, we will provide a replacement copy of the item.

Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the content or design of print-on-demand products, as these are pre-designed and created based on our specifications.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to our return policy and understand that refunds are not available for digital products or print-on-demand items unless required by law.
